Description: This flagship programme empowers small-scale farmers, particularly women and youth, to break the cycle of land degradation. It provides training and resources to transition towards regenerative agricultural practices.

Activities:

• Restoring Soil Fertility: Training on composting, crop rotation, and intercropping with nitrogen-fixing plants to rebuild organic matter in the soil.

• Mitigating Chemical Inputs: Promoting the integrated use of charged biochar as a soil amendment to sequester carbon, improve water retention, and reduce dependence on synthetic fertilizers.

• Improving Livelihoods: Directly linking sustainable land management with enhanced food security and economic resilience for vulnerable communities.
