Comprises the organization's director, general secretary, financial director, and director of external relations. This department works towards providing resources, implementing management, and achieving the organization's general vision. 

 The regional office consists of the state coordinator, finance and administrative affairs officer, and the warehouse secretary. Among its responsibilities is implementing programs and activities in the state and coordinating with local and international organizations. 

 The program management department is responsible for developing and executing programs and activities to achieve the organization's vision and goals.
